"This was the first ever internet purchase for saltwater livestock I ever
made. Reef Scavengers had the best prices, and the best customer service around.
Even when USPS had nearly destroyed my package during shipping, the livestock and
corals were so hearty they all survived, even with massive water loss. The great
staff kept in constant touch through the ordeal, and were willing to help in anyway
they could. Pictures/Descriptions on website give a very good representation of what
you will receive. From this experience I will be always coming back to Reef

I placed my first order with you about 2 weeks ago. Although not all of my
items arrived alive (due to an excessively long delivery delay by the USPS.) I
wanted to commend you for the time and care you took to pack the items
shipped. Unfortunately what we label as “Handle with care,” often is translated
to “Play kick ball with it before you sit it in the sun/ice for 4 hours while
loading up. I am an inland coral farmer, working on developing stronger aqua-cultured
corals, with incredible colors not found anywhere else, to help stop reef
demolition due to our (oh so expensive) hobby! I shop online a LOT. I place many
orders a week and have used nearly every online reef invert company. I was
really, truly was impressed with your packing. You are the only company out
there using Mylar bags to keep the items warm, along with heat packs.
I’m a big Saltwaterfish.com, Liveaquaria.com and Persolutions.com fan, but I
felt compelled to place my second order within a week from the last one. I
guess that puts you pretty high on my list.
I appreciate you doing right by me and crediting me for the animals that did
not survive. As you can see, it definitely got you return business. Feel
free to post this letter, or direct anyone to me that is feeling unsure about
placing an order with your company. Many of us have gotten ripped off by
unscrupulous companies like Aquacon.com, and it does make a person think twice
before ordering online. I have no reservations about placing many more orders
with you in the future. Thank you. You are doing a good job. "

"I set up a group buy for myself and a bunch of friends in total we spent
over $1,200. I spoke with Dylan from start to finish and I have to say it was one of
the best buys we have ever had. We have dealt with 10 other invert companies so far
and the customer services Reefscavengers provided was above and beyond any. During
the shippment of our three boxes of critters one box was destroyed. Im not being
over dramatic the box was crush in on one side and half the bottom. The box so bad
that I could reach my fist inside and pull the silver climate control bags out
through the hole, also on top of this the USPS man went to my neighbors house
instead of mine at 11am and didn’t come back until 4:30pm even though the address
was clearly labeled. Opening the first two boxes everything was in mint condition
and was given to their owners. The Box that was crushed and torn open was half DOA
for obvious reasons I fired off an E-mail to Dylan with the DOA list and within 20 minutes I had everything refunded over $200.00 worth of stuff no questions asked. All my friends and I are very impressed with the service and condition of the livestock and are already planning another GB from Reef Scavengers in a couple of months. Thanks Dylan"
