Description: Green Sea Mat is a beautiful vibrant soft coral. Sea mats are similar to zoanthids but differ in that they are all connected to an encrusting "mat" at the base of their stalks, rather than seperate individual polyps. These have bright green polyps with frilly skirts. They grow very fast and can completely encrust large pieces of live rock. These are very hardy corals and require low to medium lighting to survive in the tank. Better lighting will result in faster growth. They can tolerate a wide range of temperature from 72F-84F.
